ITS 381PM presents the contemporary Information Technology topic of project management principles associated with managing an IT project, including goals, scope, schedule, quality, risk, knowledge management, and budget. It covers the project management body of knowledge (PMBOK) which is the foundation of the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
