LAW 236 prepares the student to assist attorneys and corporations in tort and insurance law. It covers advanced theories of tort liability and defenses and the various types of insurance policies and their application to variouis claims. Training in the use of specific forms and procedures utilized in tort and insurance work in Hawai‘i is also incorporated. |
